Yoga & Nature Walk - NA Nendaz
Spend some time away from the daily rush of life and find yourself in harmony with nature, surrounded by mountains and trees. Calm your mind and revitalise your body.
The programme consists of a guided walk (if necessary with snow rackets or ice cleats) in a small group. Designed for everyone with a basic physical fitness.
It includes Yoga exercises with a short meditation and active breathing.

Minimum of 2 participants required.
Your guide will meet you in front of the Neige Aventure Sport Shop & Office.
